Launching the Neurodiversity in the City Network

Last week I was thrilled to launch the seventh City Belonging Network - Neurodiversity in the City - with a discussion centred on building out this vision. This network is part of a family of City Belonging Networks convened as part of my mayoralty.

Dan Harris FRSA, Paul McLaughlin, and I, opened the event, which was produced in partnership with Neurodiversity in Business (NiB) - the Neurodiversity Charity and generously hosted by Fidelity International.

Our expert panellists Jack McFerran, Robert Annis, Atif Choudhury, and Onyinye Udokporo MA (moderated by Alexander Hedlund) suggested practical steps City businesses can take to foster belonging and retain top talent.

A brilliant first event for a superb network - you can read more on my thoughts on this new initiative here.
